Moroccan Market provides different kinds of deposits and mines, such as :

  1. Lead-copper-zinc deposits: they constitute the largest group in quantity of known deposits. They are found in virtually all geodynamic contexts of the country. The most important are  Touissit-Bédiane in the region of Oujda, Tighza (near M’rirt), Hajar (near Marrakech), Tafilalet, Bleida (near Zagora), Aouli-Mibladen-Zaida (near Midelt)..

This district was discovered when Aboriginal people had noticed the poison of a cobalt Arsenide (erythritol) capabilities and having ended-up being one of most beautiful minerals sought by collectors of minerals around the world.
  5. Deposits manganesiferes: the region of Ouarzazate is one of the richest in this element indication metallogenic provinces. Note that it is in this region that a mineral, called Marokite, was discovered in the early 1960s. Currently, only the “Imini” is in-service. Other districts are known and had been the subject of exploitation, including in particular the deposit of “Bou Arfa”.

The scope of the work and remains of the ‘old’ show if need is how the mining industry was developed in the region. In addition, it is more than one of the rare deposits around the world to be exploited for money as a primary mineral and with a primarily silver mineral association. Note in this context the discovery in 1983 of a new mineral that had been referred to as “Imiter” in reference to the deposit. Another district, “Zgounder”, is known in “Siroua” and was also the subject of exploitation by the ancients.
